Abby’s Holistic Healing is a beautiful space for holistic services. Abby has done extensive training in the healing arts, and uses her skills to serve others. Abby offers astrology readings, reiki and chakra energy healing, crystal sound bowl healing, yoga, and meditation. Abby also facilitates workshops, classes, and private events. Abby’s goal is always to leave clients in a joyful, blissful state. Ultimately, helping others is one of her greatest joys in life.

Meet Abby Halliday
Abby Halliday is dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance and harmony in their lives. Specifically, Abby creates a nurturing and supportive environment for clients.
As an undergraduate student, Abby studied political science and religious studies, receiving her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.). Abby then went on to law school, where she received the Academic Excellence Award for her paper on the Psychology of a Criminal Trial, actively volunteered at the jails, served as a Teaching Assistant and a Faculty Fellow, and was a Managing Editor for the Law Journal. However, Abby always knew deep inside that she was being called towards a spiritual path in this life. Abby began working as a lawyer, but she knew she was going to be deeply unhappy if she took that path. Rather than letting her true calling slip away, Abby decided to follow her passions, and dedicate her life to the healing hearts by starting her yoga teacher training in 2021.
Abby is an avid yogi and has been faithfully practicing since 2012. In 2022, she received her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. In 2021, Abby also spent time studying transcendental meditation in Fairfield, Iowa— the Transcendental Meditation Capital of America founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. In 2023, Abby also went to Yogaville, Virginia, which was founded by Swami Satchidananda, and she deepened her practice and dedication to yoga. Abby also began her reiki training in 2021. As a yoga instructor, meditation guide, reiki healer, and sound healer—Abby’s goal is to leave clients in a more joyful, blissful state.
As an astrologer, Abby provides in-depth birth chart readings and relationship readings. When a person learns more about their birth chart, it is like being given a map to the soul. Because a birth chart can be a lot to navigate, Abby will provide her clients with a thorough interpretation. Abby has been studying, obsessed with, and fascinated by astrology for the past 20 years. The obsession began in third grade after finding her mother's copy of "The Secret Language of Birthdays.” Abby has even studied with well-known astrologer Debra Silverman.
